JD Gourmet Fig Balsamic with a Splash of Vanilla is our most popular blended Balsamic.  We start with our Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena Italy and gently blend in California Figs.  Our bottle is a full flavored bottle, there is no skimping on Fruit in our bottles.  

We love this bottle on a Spinach and Baby Green Salad that is loaded with Fruits (Strawberries, Blueberries, Mandaren Oranges, Pears and Raspberries)  We top the salad off with Grape Tomatoes, Sliced Almonds and Feta Cheese.  On occasion, we add sliced Chicken or Steak.  

This Salad is a meal by itself.  Enjoy!
