JD Gourmet will never sell you any thing with Caramel Coloring, an ingredient found in most vinegar bottles in the US. A Friendly Reminder, There is NO CARAMEL COLOR in balsamic vinegar, so if you have a bottle that is not listing the ingredients on the label, ask them for the ingredients list.
If you have a bottle with CARAMEL COLOR, you have a vinegar that was made to appear older and darker. Don't be fooled by cheap pricing.
